"A milioni di chilometri dalla terra è invece un pazzoide ed estroverso film in stop motion, anche piuttosto elaborato – la lavorazione ha portato via mesi al regista tuttofare Alaimo, coraggioso e (forse) sconsiderato produttore di se stesso -, nel quale è impossibile non notare un amore viscerale per lo sci-fi à la Ed Wood. La storia, tra alieni, militari e scienziati pazzi, è un miscuglio di divertenti efferatezze, crudeltà useless (the hero, not knowing how to read nor write, however, kills all those he meets along the way), twists repeatedly, but to leave the staging really overwhelmed, work on a pitch that in some moments - the arrival by water, the castle - the decision with almost sublime. Congratulations!
